Cabecera and SET buildings are one of the main buildings of the Water Park. One captures and manages the water from the Ebro, the water table and Raval ditch, hosts the Park Resource Management Centre and is also the head office to the Meander Interpretation Center. The other, contains systems related to the generation and processing energy.
